Wine Collector Club Terms and Conditions

agree I am 21 years of age or older.
agreeWine deliveries will be signed for by a person 21 years of age or older.
agree As a Wine Collector Club member, I agree to purchase and I authorize Solaro Estate to charge my credit card

       • One 6 bottle shipment per year, not to exceed a per shipment cost of $250 before tax and shipping. (N/A)
       • Two 3 bottle shipments per year, not to exceed a per shipment cost of $125 before tax and shipping.
       • Three 3 bottle shipments per year, not to exceed a per shipment cost of $125 before tax and shipping.

agree As a Wine Collector Club member, I will receive:
        •10% pricing discount on all single bottles purchased at Solaro Estate;
       •15% pricing discount on all full case wines purchased at Solaro Estate;
       •15% pricing discount on all regularly-priced non-alcoholic merchandise;
       •One free vineyard and winery tour per twelve month period, by appointment, during my membership;

              •Two complimentary wine tastings per twelve month period during my membership.

agree I agree that my membership in Solaro Estate’s Wine Collector Club will be for a minimum of one year and will be renewed annually on an automatic basis on the below date. If I cancel my membership within the first year, I will incur a $100.00 processing fee. After one year membership, I may cancel my Wine Collector Club membership only by written notice to Solaro Estate with proof of receipt by Solaro Estate at least (14) days prior to wine shipment. I agree to receive select wines of Texas and Italy of the Solaro Vintner’s choice.

All sales are final 14 days before shipment from Solaro Estate’s dock. Wine may not be returned for refund, credit, replacement or substitution. I agree that my membership in Solaro Estate’s Wine Collector Club is for a minimum of one year. During my membership, I will notify Solaro Estate of any change of address and change or status of the credit card provided to Solaro Estate. I agree that if my current credit card provided with this agreement expires prior to any wine shipment, I will be billed for said shipment prior to the credit card expiration date. Costs associated with non-delivery based on unreported change of address or change in credit card status will be paid by me. I understand that wine availability is subject to change without notice. Solaro Estate reserves the right to cancel my Wine Collector Club Membership at any time without notice and to refund any monies paid for wine not delivered.

There are no fees for joining Solaro Estate’s Wine Collector Club. My credit card will only be charged for the regularly scheduled wine shipments or early cancellation processing fee.
