The Tasting Pavillion, in the Italian tradition, is integrated within the vineyard encouraging the natural connection from vine and grape to glass. The Architectural style of seemingly unending glass, windows and doors in the Pavilion transports Solaro's guests into the vineyard while experiencing Solaro wines.

In the tradition of their ancestral heritage of producing private select wines, from the Emilia Romagna region north of Tuscany and in the foothills of the Italian Alps, the proprietors offer a memorable tasting experience. Tastings and wines by the glass are enjoyed in traditional European ambiance and relaxation overlooking the vineyards and the spectacular views of the Texas Hill country.
